Dr. Robert Pickard is a specialist urologist in the field of reconstruction. This involves the assessment of patients with functional and structural problems within the lower urinary tract. He runs a weekly outpatient clinic in conjunction with specialist nurses and junior medical staff, as well as a weekly urodynamic investigation session.

Dr. Sumathy Nambisan is from Kerala State in Southern India, and has lived in Walsall for 32 years. She qualified as a medical Doctor from Madras Medical College in India in 1970 and did voluntary work in a Mission Hospital in Kerala before coming to England.

After qualifying as a physiotherapist, Jill Parker did a rotational post in the N.H.S. and then ran a Geriatric Rehabilitation Unit before leaving to have children. For the next few years she worked part time in Private Practice and then ran the In Patient Physiotherapy Service at The Wolverhampton Nuffield Hospital on a self-employed basis.

Dr. Spencer is a former Strategic Health Authority Director with extensive senior clinical and managerial experience in primary care and clinical governance.  He spent 14 years as a general practitioner in northeast England before joining the regional training programme in public health medicine in 1990.

Dr. Woods is a medical doctor from Cambridge University and Guy's Hospital who became a management consultant in healthcare, working with many clients in the Life Science and Healthcare market, including governments, public sector organisations and private sector corporations in healthcare provision, pharmaceuticals/biotechnology and Life Sciences intellectual property.
